Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders will now be delivered in the form of a pre-visit registration. 

• Pre-visit registration allows you to confirm your demographics, update insurance, sign documents, and complete forms in advance of your visit. 
• Your appointment reminder is delivered three days prior to your appointment. 

If pre-visit registration has not been completed, additional reminders will be sent. 

• Text messages will come from "75442". We recommend you add this number to your contact list.
• Emails will come from noreply@hlthcheck.com.
• Completing your pre-visit registration does not mean you are checked in for your appointment. 

Digital Check-In

• If pre-visit registration has been completed (including payment of copay when prompted), you may be eligible for digital check-in.
• If eligible, you will receive a digital check-in text message prior to your appointment.
• Once you have arrived in the waiting room, click the link in the text to check yourself in. 

Our friendly faces will still remain at the reception desk and you may opt out of pre-visit registration if you choose. 

Opt Out

If you wish to not receive our pre-visit registration messages:

• Text messages: Text "STOP" to 75442
• Emails: Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.

Remember, if you opt out of the pre-visit registration text messages, you will not be eligible for digital check-in.
