Patient Station is a free online tool provided by Medical Associates that allows you to take an active role in your healthcare. Your health information is stored in a secure portal that you can conveniently access whenever you need to.
With Patient Station you can…
- View a summary of your visits, vital signs, medications, allergies, and immunizations
- View your lab and radiology results
- Send a secure message to your provider’s office
- Schedule an appointment

Support Options
- If you do not know your login information such as email, username, password or security question, or need to reset a password or email address please call the 24 hour Cerner Support at 1-877-621-8014 and they will be able to assist you.
- For assistance with enrolling yourself or a child, or if you are having technical issues while logged in please contact Medical Associates Patient Station Support at 563-584-4803 or you may email an inquiry to patientstation@mahealthcare.com.
- If you are questioning your medical information displayed in Patient Station, please call Medical Associates Medical Records at 563-584-3207 select option 2.
- Due to various federal and state regulations, adults (ages 18 and over) who share an email address, or two adults who would like to share a Patient Station account, must complete a Proxy Authorization Form. This form will grant permission for an adult to access another adult’s medical information through Patient Station. Please call 563-584-4803 or email patientstation@mahealthcare.com to request this Proxy form.

3. Coral Health Records
If you’re aware of an application to review health information that is not available at Medical Associates you can reach out to the developer and direct them to https://code.cerner.com/. From there the developer can take the necessary steps to make their application available for use at Medical Associates.

Securely access your Patient Station health records on your iPhone anytime.
APP SETUP
Setup is simple. Getting your health records from Medical Associates Clinic into your iPhone is as easy as...
- going to the Health Data section and selecting Health Records on the Health app on your iPhone,
- add an account and search for Medical Associates Clinic,
- and then logging in with the user name and password that you normally use Patient Station.
After you log in once, your health records will start to appear in the Health app, and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.
