New Provider Joins Medical Associates Internal Medicine

Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce the arrival of Gretchen Hong, DNP, to our Internal Medicine Department.

Gretchen received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Columbia University School of Nursing in New York, NY. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.

Most recently, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Grand River Medical Group and previously at UnityPoint Health, both in Dubuque, IA.

Gretchen is board-certified by the National Certification Corporation, specializing in Women’s Health, as well as by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. These certifications demonstrate the highest standards for education, knowledge, and ongoing professional development. They are also a mark of competence and commitment to delivering quality healthcare to patients.

Gretchen is a Dubuque native, and as a member of the Medical Associates Internal Medicine Department, she provides services to patients needing routine physicals, preventative healthcare, and the diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases and conditions related to the internal organs and systems of the body.

Our Internal Medicine Department is a dedicated team trained to offer complete care for patients 18 years and over. Our board-certified physicians and experienced nurse practitioners provide services that address routine care to complex medical issues.
